1. Privacy at a glance

This website is a static presentation website for the HandyHunters business project. There are no user accounts, no login and no database of our own. We only process personal data if you actively contact us, and to the technically necessary extent when delivering the pages. Web analytics is loaded only after your explicit consent.

3. Hosting and technical provision

This website is operated by an external hosting provider (Lovable / Cloudflare infrastructure). When the pages are accessed, technically necessary connection data is processed (IP address, date and time of the request, URL accessed, referrer, browser and operating system details). This processing is necessary for the secure and stable provision of the website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). This data is not merged with other data sources.

4. Fonts (Google Fonts)

Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts (provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) for consistent typography. Your IP address is transmitted to Google in the process. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a technically flawless and appealing presentation (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

5. Contact by email and phone

If you contact us by email (domen@meinrozvutok.de) or by phone (+49 155 65013269), we process the data you provide in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR. Your enquiry is deleted once it has been fully processed and no statutory retention obligations apply.

6. Contact and project enquiry form

We use the form service Web3Forms (operator: Surjith S M) to deliver form enquiries. On submission, the data you entered (name, email address, optional phone number, subject, message and the time of submission) is transmitted via a server of this website to Web3Forms and forwarded from there to us by email. Your own email program is not opened. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR. Form entries are not permanently stored on this website; your enquiry is deleted once it has been fully processed.

7. Backend and database

This website uses no backend of its own, no database and no user management. No personal data is stored in a database of this project.

8. Map services

No map services (e.g. Google Maps or OpenStreetMap) are embedded on this website. Accordingly, no data is transmitted to map providers.

9. Cookies, local storage and consent management

This website does not set advertising cookies. For technically necessary purposes we store your language selection (DE/EN) and your decision regarding web analytics in your browser's local storage. This information remains on your device and is not transmitted to us. On your first visit, a consent notice informs you about the optional web analytics; without your consent no analytics script is loaded. You can change your decision at any time via the privacy settings.

10. Web analytics with Google Analytics (only with consent)

If you consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) for statistical analysis of website use. The analytics script is loaded only after your consent; IP anonymisation is enabled. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and § 25 (1) TDDDG. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future via the privacy settings.

11. External links (including SEDO)

This website links to the sale offer for the domain handyhunters.de on SEDO (sedo.com) as well as to the project website meinrozvutok.de. Data (e.g. your IP address) is only transmitted to the respective provider once you actively click such a link. The respective provider is solely responsible for data processing on those websites.

12. Legal bases

We process personal data on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR), for the performance of pre-contractual/contractual measures and handling enquiries (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR), and on the basis of our legitimate interests in a secure, functional website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

13. Storage period

Server log data is deleted or anonymised by the hosting provider after a short period. Enquiries by email or phone are deleted once the matter has been concluded and no statutory retention periods apply. Analytics data is only processed with consent and in accordance with the Google Analytics settings.

14. Recipients of personal data

Recipients are our hosting provider, the web font provider and — only where consent has been given — the web analytics provider. Data is not passed on for advertising purposes and is not sold.

15. Transfers to third countries

When using Google services, a transfer of data to the USA cannot be ruled out. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; in addition, we base transfers on the EU standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 GDPR).

16. Rights of data subjects

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing (Art. 21). You may withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority — generally the Independent Data Protection Centre of Saarland.

17. SSL/TLS encryption

For security reasons this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by “https://” in your browser's address bar.

18. Project assignment

HandyHunters is a business project within the project group “MeinRozvutok Hub” (meinrozvutok.de). This is an internal project designation and not a registered company. Data protection responsibility lies exclusively with the controller named above.
